The Inkwell Press is not responsible for errors or mistakes in the design, quantity, style, or color of garments once the invoice has been approved. If you did not receive the correct amount of items in your order please notify us within 2-3 days of pickup and we will investigate the order. We will refund the difference or we can replace the items if necessary. Hard due dates must be provided by the time of order approval. The Inkwell Press is not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather, acts of God, etc. Print quality should be reviewed upon pickup. On all orders, we reserve a right to 2% spoilage on any order over 48 pieces, and 4% on any order less than 48 pieces. If you require 100% of your order quantity please order overages. By approving an invoice in Printavo, you agree to opt-in to emails and text messages sent through the service. You are free to stop using our services at any time. We may terminate service, with notice, if you violate our terms, abuse our services, cause us legal liability, or otherwise harm or hamper our continued operations. We reserve the right to refuse service if we find a design infringes on existing copyright or is otherwise inappropriate. We stand behind our products! Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries must be requested before the expected completion date in order to ensure they will be delivered on time. Deliveries may require proof of delivery upon arrival. All shipments are sent out within 48 hours Tuesday - Friday, except for Holidays or emergencies. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please refer to the shipping information given at the bottom of your Printavo invoice or contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
